Jenny has over 18 years' corporate experience in blue-chip companies including HSBC, Hewlett Packard and Hays plc., focusing on internal communications, change management and business improvement.

She co-founded e-women, a networking organisation and partnered with a UK university to develop and deliver a training course on technology funded by €900,000 from the European Social Fund.

Jenny has an MBA from Henley Management College, a BA in English and History from the Universtity of London and is an NLP Master Practitioner, facilitator and coach.

 

Louise Fawkner-Corbett

Louise has spent over fifteen years working at major UK broadcasters as a senior manager in Press and Publicity and worked at HSBC as Managing Editor for UK Retail Communications, writing, commissioning and reviewing content.

She also runs workshops for university students, public relations professionals and communicators.

Louise has a degree from Cambridge in English and Education and a Diploma in Management from Henley Management College.

 

Caroline Goyder

Caroline specialises in helping non-acting clients to perform with poise and power in real life, whether they are delivering a speech, impressing at an interview or chairing a board meeting.

She has an MA in Voice Studies from Central School of Speech and Drama where she now teaches BA actors. She is also doing a PhD on acting and identity at King’s College London.

Caroline's work has featured on BBC shows The Voice, Word of Mouth and The Speaker. Her book, The Star Qualities, was published by Macmillan in 2009.

 

Hilary Mandleberg

Hilary is an established writer and editor of books, newspaper and magazine articles.

After working as a senior editor with many established British publishers, she is now a freelance editorial consultant and writer. Her clients include Dorling Kindersley, Quadrille, Hulton Getty, Ryland Peters & Small and Vega Books.

Hilary has an MA in Spanish and Russian from Cambridge University.
