Our thinking
We started with a question: why don’t more companies just say what they mean when talking to their employees? And why is business information often so long-winded and – dare we say it? – dull.
Not only that, we know employees receive around 350 e-mails a week, of which they believe a third to be unnecessary. We also know that struggling to cope with too much information reduces our IQ scores by up to 10 points.
And for today’s communicators it’s as important to understand both the power of the spoken word and non-verbal communication.
If you want your employees to understand where your business is going, and how they can help you get there, it’s best to tell them straight.
Can you afford to let your internal communications get lost in the noise?
We run programmes to help professionals communicate in a way that is personal, direct and has impact. So that your employees know you mean business.
We’ve developed programmes for both the written and spoken word.
